Rugby Town JFC Complaints Procedure
In the event that any player feels that he or she has suffered Discrimination in any way, or that the Club Policies, Rules or Code of Conduct have been broken, should follow the procedures below.
1. They should report the matter to the Club Secretary or another Member of the Committee.
Your report should include:
i. Details of what, when, and where the occurrence took place.
ii. Any witness statement and names.
iii. Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way.
iv. Details of any former complaints made about the incident,
Date, when and to who made.
v. A preference for a solution to the incident.
2. The Club’s Management Committee will sit for any hearings that
are requested.
3. The Club’s Management Committee will have the power to:
i. Warn as to future conduct
ii. Suspend from membership
iii. Remove from membership
iv. Verbal warning
v. Written warning
vi. Not permitted to start in opening line up
vii. Not permitted to play first half
viii. Not permitted to play game or series of game
ix. Parents not permitted to attend matches as spectator – other
parent of course encouraged to attend instead, this should
be applied before removal of child from club is explored
x. Warning if behaviour does not change potentially child may
not be able to play for short period of time
xi. Request to attend SC workshop
xii. Sign contract to change behaviour knowing outcome of failure
to comply is stopping child playing
xiii. Warning child will not be registered for next season if all avenues fail
Disciplinary
Football is the national game. All those involved with the game at every level and whether as a
player, match official, coach, owner or administrator, have a responsibility, above and beyond
Compliance with the law, to act according to the highest standards of integrity, and to ensure
that the reputation of the game is, and remains, high.
Codes of Conduct are in place at this club to ensure that individuals are aware of the clubs.
Expectations.
The Club will act upon all disciplinary matters concerning The Club or an individual within The
Club in compliance with both League and Birmingham County FA guidelines.
